A Tower Open on Three Sides
Each floor of the tower covers about 500 m² and accommodates one-, two-, three- and four-unit plans, with duplex units on the 16th and 17th floors. The ground floor holds the lobby and public areas, including multi-purpose halls, commercial spaces, kindergartens and temporary accommodation units, while a recreational floor with a pool and gym on the 15th level offers views for all residents.
The H-shaped, softly curved plan gives every unit, even the smallest, good light and views from three sides, and the transparent envelope strengthens this openness. The soft edges of the tower stay the same on every floor, but the walls step back on the upper levels, so the terraces seem to grow larger as the building rises.
On the 16th and 17th floors the units separate to open a large void in the body of the tower, and a single 500 m² unit forms its skyline. Behind the tower, a continuous ground-floor courtyard serves the residents, with one- and two-storey parking planned alongside it.
