Designed by ARC Engineering Group, the Sohanak Residential Project is a contemporary housing development located in northern Tehran. Occupying a 1,345 m² site with a total built area of 8,546 m², the project has been conceived to maximise spatial efficiency within a compact urban footprint.
The development comprises 11 floors, including eight residential levels above ground and two basement floors. It accommodates 42 residential units, each averaging 108 m², supported by 43 parking spaces. The project balances efficient planning with functional living spaces, creating a practical residential environment suited to contemporary urban lifestyles.
Multidisciplinary supervision ensured coordinated execution of architectural, structural and MEP systems while maintaining construction quality and the integrity of the original design throughout implementation.
