Darya Commercial & Office Center is envisioned as a contemporary urban landmark at the entrance of Farhang Boulevard in Shahrak-e Gharb, Tehran. The design transforms a pure geometric volume into a layered architectural system integrating urban presence, environmental performance, and spatial clarity.
The project combines a clear structural frame, a climate-responsive envelope, and a transparent central core, enhancing daylight, thermal comfort, visual connectivity, and the building’s relationship with the public realm. A continuous architectural canopy shapes the main entrance and creates a seamless transition between the city and the interior.
Guided by a Net-Zero Energy vision, passive design strategies, photovoltaic systems, energy-efficient building services, and renewable energy integration significantly reduce operational energy demand and environmental impact.
More than a commercial and office building, Darya brings architecture, sustainability, and urban life together within a unified architectural language.
