Flexible Workspaces in Northern Tehran
Designed by ARC Engineering Group, Pransa Trading Center is a contemporary office development that addresses the growing demand for flexible workplace environments in northern Tehran. Developed on a 1,207 m² site with a total built area of 15,718 m², the project combines efficient planning with adaptable office layouts.
The fifteen-storey building accommodates ninety-nine office units averaging 85 m² and provides 160 parking spaces across five basement levels. Its planning strategy prioritizes operational flexibility, efficient circulation, and a professional working environment suitable for a broad range of businesses.
The project was executed under multidisciplinary construction supervision, ensuring coordinated engineering oversight, technical consistency, and quality assurance throughout all stages of construction.
